First visit to Nick's, should have gone sooner! The lasagna was amazing. It is made with three types of pork. Portion was large but manageable. The garlic bread and marinara appetizer is definitely worth getting. We got ours covered in mozzarella cheese. Nice and crunchy bread with a chewy cheese texture to balance it. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff was amazing! Couldn't ask for a better server experience.

Excellent experience for a place wedged somehow between fast casual and old school home Italian food. The service was attentive but just enough so. The food was delicious, without a doubt. The ACG pasta was super flavorful but not oppressive. The burger was superlative. The beer was cold. Good job, all around.

Excellent. Our crew loved the agrodolce wings, carbonara, picatta, famous burger & cheese pizza. Dessert offerings were delicious & we enjoyed the limoncello too. Looking forward to the next meal!

We love Nicks :) such good food and they surprisingly have one of the best burgers in all of Fort Collins. Definitely a spot you don’t want to miss out on ! The bucatini carbonara will change your life. Get it or you’re missing out.

Everything here is great! Food is fresh and tasty, from meals to sandwiches and pizza. Far away from that fast food taste, this is real food. The Carbonara is not the original Italian recipe, but it is just as good according to my husband. The tomato sauce on the pizza is amazing! The service is always great as well as the ambiance. One of my favorite restaurant ls in FC.
